A member may purchase an Extended Stay Pass*, by check only. It allows one individual who’s a summer live-in house guest of that member to use the pool and tennis courts. You may additionally request an extended pass for your summer nanny/babysitter/childcare provider. Note: When member couples divorce, the club may allow issue of an Extended Stay Pass to the spouse who doesn’t retain the membership. You may pick up a pass application at the pool office or download it here. For a current pass fees see the fee schedule. All Members and Guests use the pool facilities at their own risk, as the Club cannot be responsible for personal injury, loss or property damage. The cost of any damage to the Club by a Member or their Guest will be charged to the Member. All Members and Guests must sign in when entering the pool area and are responsible for any applicable fees.

*Please note that a pass is issued for a single season and must be approved by the Board.  Pass holders are not granted membership status and must adhere to the pool and court rules.  The board may revoke a pass holder for violation of our rules or governing bylaws.

Guests and Guest Tickets

A Guest Ticket (same as Guest Pass) allows a member to bring a non-member into the club grounds to use either the pool or tennis courts. It’s valid for one day with in-and-out privileges. Only members may purchase them. The host member must be present at GSSC during the guest’s entire visit. We sell them either individually or in units of ten at the pool office.

Here is the rule:

  • 6 guests per family (not per member)
  • 15 or more combine guests and family get togethers constitutes a party and must be booked through our website under the About tab under under reservations and given two weeks notice so that we have enough guards scheduled. It costs us at least $150 – $200 for extra guards and extra cleaning. Plus, we set up extra tables and chairs for your party so you don’t take up all the other tables.
